Swedish university credit points in relation to ECTS credits:

Swedish university credit points are not calculated the same way as credits are calculated in the European Credit Transfer System. ECTS is based on the principle that 60 credits measure the workload of a full-time student during one academic year. The student workload of a full-time study programme in Europe amounts in most cases to around 1500-1800 hours per year and in those cases one credit stands for around 25 to 30 working hours. According to the Swedish system, an academic year of full-time studies is 60 credit points which represents 40 weeks of study, where 1,5 credit point stands for 40 working hours.

Entry requirements

To study at university you have to have certain previous knowledge. These prerequisites are called entry requirements. They are divided into general admission requirements and specific admission requirements. General admission requirements are compulsory for all university studies. Often additional qualifications from previous studies are required. They are called specific admission requirements.

Meetings

If you do not tick "Include courses with compulsory meetings" your search will include courses without compulsory meetings.  There may be voluntary face-to-face meetings. There might be other types of compulsory meetings, for example, chat meetings, where attendance is required.
